It is possible to allow access to your player's data to other users without having to expose your master account login credentials. Currently there are two ways of achieving this:
1. Manually grant access to a player(s) data by adding the intended viewers email to the player's 'Player Logins' page. This will give the designated email holder view-only access to any player's data where their email address has been added.
If it is the first time an address has been used, a confirmation email will be sent with instructions on how to create their login credentials.
To access this page. navigate to the settings menu, select 'Player Profile Settings', and then 'Player Logins'. You can change the current player using the drop-down box at the top right of the screen.
2. If you require the user to have edit privileges* to player data, please contact us through the contact form from within the settings menu.
Sub accounts can be created based on individual players, squads, or all players. This can be particularly useful if there are multiple teams or squads on the same account, but the management teams only need to access the data for their particular team or squad.
The master account will always be able to see all players.
*Sub accounts with edit privileges can change certain account settings, so only grant this level of access to trusted users.
